Packages can be altered and shaped to meet your needs, and can include the following

Fertility, birth, and postpartum doula packages

Packages can be altered and shaped to meet your needs, and can include the following

  • ‘Trimester zero’ planning

  • NLP for clearing limiting beliefs and instilling helpful strategies

  • Birth & post partum planning

  • Birth support

  • Post partum support, including birth debrief, meal preparation, light cleaning

Birth planning & postpartum nurture package 

(Auckland & North Waikato)

  • 30 minute meet & greet call

  • 2 x 1.5 hour NLP session to instill strategies for success (addressing two main concerns)

  • 1 x 1 hour birth plan session

  • 1 x 1 hour postpartum planning session

  • Availability via text or call during daylight hours to chat/ check in/ provide guidance and support

  • 4 x postpartum visits – birth debrief, light cleaning, meal prep, help with newborn, assistance for the new parents to get some rest

Birth like a rock star package 

 

  • 30 minute meet & greet call

  • 2 x 1.5 hour NLP session to instill strategies for success (addressing two main concerns)

  • 1 x 1 hour birth plan session

  • 1 x 1 hour postpartum planning session

  • 1 x 1 hour video call or visit (in Auckland) after the birth to debrief the birth experience & check in (and provide advice where requested)
