Supporting people to process and work through any major life moments and events, I am a doula, coach, and healing guide. Centred around birth, I am a "trimester zero," fertility, and pre and postpartum doula.
Having been on my own journey of personal growth and wellness over the last few years, I am passionate about helping people release trauma and limiting beliefs so they can step into each moment fully aware and being the best they can in that moment.
I am a Reiki practitioner, Breathwork facilitator, and certified NLP, Timeline Therapy™, and hypnotherapy practitioner.​

Located in Pokeno, I am able to work with clients in Auckland, as well as those in North Waikato, and online.
I have a treatment space in Pokeno, or can travel to the home of clients if the environment supports the type of treatment we will be using.
