Working with you in whatever way helps you feel supported during the fertility, birth, and/or postpartum journey. I am able to work with the birthing person, as well as their partner or support person, and family to ensure every person in the new family dynamic is able to step into each moment as their best, most prepared self. As a birth and postpartum doula, I am also able to provide more practical support such as assistance during the birth, debriefing following birth, referral for any symptoms after birth, and hands-on support such as meal preparation, helping with older kids, and caring for the birthing person post-birth.

I am certified to lead individuals, as well as groups, through this incredible process and can work with you to create a session plan and outcome that supports you to drive the outcomes you want.

Reiki is an energetic healing practice that aid the body’s self-healing capability. Reiki is said to assist in the reduction of stress, the management of pain, and the increased sense of vitality and well-being. I am qualified to offer Reiki as a therapy, and utilise its power to help you step into each moment as your best, most energised self.
