About the event
Join this guided Breathwork experience. Utilize Conscious Connected Breathing to process and release emotion and trauma, and call in bliss, joy, and connection to your intuition.
In this session, we will run through the technique and benefits of Conscious Connected Breathing, then complete a guided breathwork session made up of a period of active breathing, followed by a rest period. I will use music and instruments (symphonic gong & medicine drum) to support the Breathwork journey, helping you access and release deeper levels of trapped emotion and trauma, and nourish your mind and body.
About the facilitator: I am a certified Breathwork teacher, Reiki practitioner, NLP Coach, and Doula. I am passionate about holding space for beings to heal and evolve.
